“There and Back Again”

Colorado was an adventure of nearly, though not quite, Tolkien-esque proportions and thus the use of the title (for those of you non-geeks, google it 🙂 )

Wow. April 8th. That first line was written on September 3rd. I just found this draft. Perhaps I should log in more often. Colorado in summary: Hiking easy trails, seeing pretty sights, climbing up Long Peak, nearly dying in a 30 year lightning storm on Long Peak, nearly summiting Longs Peak but turning around for weather, eating donuts, enjoying time with family.
